Showing Announcements to Public Users (Confluence)

To create a public announcement, simply follow the steps for creating an announcement, and select the "Public" type announcement type.

Public announcements are only shown to anonymous (unauthenticated users) who are accessing Confluence pages or blogs. Logged in Jira users will not see this public announcement.
