The details below apply to the Jira Cloud version of Team Pages. The Jira Data Center version or settings can be seen here.

App Configuration

Simple Team Pages exposes several settings that allow you to change functionality, as well as hide/show certain features of the app.

Settings can be managed from the app configuration screen. You can get there using the gear icon in the Jira header to navigate to the “Manage apps” screen, and then finding the Simplewiki Configuration under the “Simplewiki” heading in the left sidebar.

Enable Simplewiki

Allows you to enable/disable Team Pages globally.

Alternatively, you can also enable/disable Team Pages on a per-project basis.

Permissions Type

Choose between Simple permissions or Advanced permissions.

Simple Permissions are built into the product itself. In this case, as long as a user has access to a project, they can manage pages. If they have commenting permission in a project, they can comment on a page.

Advanced permissions, on the other hand, changes this to look at the project level permission scheme in Jira itself. With this type of permission, you can still override the permissions on an individual page to lock it down further using the page permissions.
