Mentioning Jira Users

Just like in a Jira issue Description and Comments area, you can also mention Jira users in your pages. You can mention users in your pages to call them out for awareness, insight or help with the content. Simply type the @ symbol and a popup list will show you the available users. The users shown in the list respects both page and project permissions.

Select a user from the list to insert it into the page. Once done, you may save the page or add more content to the page.

A common use case for user mentions is when you're collaborating with your team on a page. Mention one or more users from that team to help you with the page or review the content you made. You may remove the user mention later on after the page is approved and is ready to publish.
